The real estate brokerage sector hasn’t seen much change in a very long time. While real estate prices have more than doubled in the past 10 years and personal networks have disappeared to make room for a global and common network of potential buyers - thank you internet - real estate brokers and agencies continue to take high commission fees based on the price of the property.

In consequence, commissions have more than doubled while the added value of the service has severely decreased.

Thus, Neho was born. It is our mission to enable owners to sell in a fair and transparent manner at a commission of only 2,50%, which can be reduced down to zero for the seller via a higher purchase price. We also aim to meet the needs of buyers with limited budget, all while complying with the strict German legal framework.

The basis for the development of this new concept is the elimination of obviously ineffective working methods of traditional companies, which enables us to significantly reduce our commissions:

The traditional way a broker works, leads to considerable costs due to inefficient processes, manual work as well as representative offices and flashy cars.

In the age of the Internet, in which more than 95% of inquiries from prospective buyers are online, these have simply become superfluous.

The resulting unnecessary costs are usually passed on directly to the customer, who has to pay an excessive commission for them.

Neho wants to put an end to this old-school way of doing business, and give back both control and power to the seller.
