All disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dresden, Germany, provided that the customer is a merchant, a legal entity under public law or a special fund under public law, does not have a general place of jurisdiction in Germany or, after entering into this agreement, moves its residence or habitual abode abroad or its residence or habitual abode is not known at the time the action is brought.

    These Terms of Use are available in English and German. In the event of any discrepancy, only the German version shall be binding.
